Registration
We really take care and value your information. By registering (API with Courier Integration), you have provided information, now or in the future, including changes that you have provided are true as-is.
If the information, including changes, that you provide is proven to be incorrect, then we are not responsible for any consequences related to the incorrect information and changes.
Use of Information
All information and data obtained / transferred / exchanged (API) will be used to:
- 1 Communication to consignee related with delivery process.
- 2 Development and statistical analysis and / or research and update from us.
- 3 Provide information to Courier Integration partners related to delivery process.
- 4 Disclosure to the authorities if there is an indication of legal violations committed by you and or certain Users.
- 5 Repair and or make changes to maintain the quality and service quality of the Courier Integration portal.
If needed and or ordered by the authorities (Police, Courts and / or officials of an Indonesian Government agency) based on the legal authority granted by statutory provisions, we can open access to the required information. With this, you agree to release us from all claims, demands, and or lawsuits relating to providing access to such information.
Information and Data Protection
We help ensure your data is protected from other parties. Access to Courier Integration is only for granted persons and it is password protected. Password protection outside the system is not part of Courier Integrator's liability.
When you visit or interact with our portal, we or our authorized service providers may use "cookies", "web beacons", and other similar technologies that send small data files to your browser, application, or device to store and track information about you.
You can accept or reject cookies by changing your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may limit certain interactive features of our portal.
Use of Information to Other Parties
Apart from the above mentioned interests, Courier Integration does not sell, rent, transfer, and distribute all of your information to other people or parties. We only share your personal details with verified partners / associates / third parties for the purposes and situations as mentioned above, or for other purposes that you have agreed to.
Privacy Policy Changes
We may be able to change these terms and conditions from time to time, and therefore we expect you to check regularly. If we make fundamental changes in the use of your personal information, we will provide information by posting an announcement on the Courier Integration portal and also emailing all registered users.
You agree that you will continue to use our products and services according to the changes made after you accept and agree to the policy changes.
